We enjoyed the reassurance that if they found anything amiss during their in-depth inside & outside exam, they would contact us immediately and then follow through with whatever service needed to be done, either using our preferred providers or somebody they could count on for quick response.

During the first month, they noticed the humidity level was too high inside and they confirmed it with their own hygrometer and sent sent a photo showing the result. After re-setting the A/C humidistat, they monitored the situation for the next few weeks and sent photos showing the level back down where it should have been.

Although, fortunately, it wasn’t necessary to install the hurricane shutters in 2020, but they were prepared to do so. That was reassuring because the previous year, the neighbor whom we were paying a monthly fee, informed us at the last minute, as a tropical storm and possible hurricane was approaching, that he wouldn’t be able to follow through on his promise to install the shutters.

Our daughter and son in law visited our home twice during the summer and each time, Greg & Kerry came by a day or so prior to their arrival and lowered the A/C temp and upon their departure, checked the temp and confirmed that everything had been turned off and prepped for another dormant period.

When we returned, they had everything ready for us to just walk in, unpack our bags and relax for the Winter.

We have recommended them to several neighbors and will certainly count on them when we return “North” in April.
